As a Full-Time, Temp Recruiter at Pomelo Care, you will serve as an adaptable talent generalist who can jump in wherever our hiring needs are greatest. Whether driving full-cycle hires, running high-volume searches, or stepping in to provide targeted sourcing support for fellow recruiters, you thrive on variety and cross-functional impact.
We are looking for a self-starter with a no task too small attitude, someone who moves easily between different orgs across the business, rolls up their sleeves to hunt for great talent, and brings grit and flexibility to a fast-paced startup environment.
