Finance Intern at Porsche Cars Great Britain (PCGB)

Job:

To support the PCGB Accounts Payable function and assisting with various finance related tasks.

This is a Placement Year position for a candidate currently studying an Undergraduate degree at university, seeking a placement for their third year. The role will commence in August 2026. Please ensure that you have read and understood the requirements of the role before applying.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of supplier invoices with overall responsibility for the Porsche Retail Group and Porsche Centre accounts.
• Creating ageing debtor report to manage outstanding invoices.
• Answering and resolving supplier queries.
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts prior to payment.
• General administration including opening and distributing the daily post, filing, archiving, etc.
• Supplier VAT number audit.
• Training of the next intern.
• To be active participant in the Intern Project.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently studying a Finance/Accounting/Maths undergraduate.
• Achieved at least Grade 6 in Maths at GCSE.
• Good Excel skills (e.g. vlookups).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
