Vehicle Technical Support Intern at Porsche Cars Great Britain (PCGB)

Job:

To support the Service Quality team in providing technical and warranty support for vehicles and associated digital services to Porsche Centres and their customers through the provision of high quality technical and warranty documentation and advice.

This is a Placement Year position for a candidate currently studying an Undergraduate degree at university, seeking a placement for their third year. The role will commence in August 2027. Please ensure that you have read and understood the requirements of the role before applying.

Responsibilities:

• Support Porsche Centres with technical and repair queries relating to ICE, hybrid, electric vehicles, and Porsche Connect services.
• Assist with the assessment, management, and resolution of technical support cases and repair requests.
• Liaise with Porsche Centre technicians to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Support the validation and documentation of repair methods using vehicles and specialist workshop equipment.
• Assist in the management and maintenance of the Porsche vehicle fleet, including bookings, repairs, servicing, and MOTs.
• Learn, document, and support new vehicle technologies, features, and digital services.
• Create, review, and publish technical support and warranty documentation for Porsche Centres and internal teams.
