At Potters Resorts, we know that exceptional guest experiences begin with exceptional people. That's why we're looking for an experienced, commercially minded and people-focused Group HR Manager to join our management team, based at Potters Resorts Five Lakes. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR professional who enjoys working operationally, building strong relationships and making a real impact. Reporting to the Group HR Director, with day-to-day accountability to the Five Lakes Resort General Manager, you'll take primary responsibility for HR support at Five Lakes while also providing Group-wide support across both our Five Lakes and Hopton-on-Sea Resorts as required.

Job Description

The Role 

As Group HR Manager, you'll provide hands-on HR leadership at Five Lakes, supporting managers and Team Members through every stage of the employee lifecycle. Alongside your core Five Lakes responsibilities, you'll work closely with the Group HR Director and provide HR and employee relations support across both Resorts when required, including supporting formal processes and deputising
