As we continue to champion reproductive rights, we are seeking an experienced Employee and Labor Relations Manager with a focus on Union 1199 to join our dedicated HR team.   POSITION SUMMARY  As the Employee and Labor Relations Manager with a specialization in Union 1199, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining positive employee-employer relations within PPGNY, with a specific emphasis on activities related to Union 1199. You will contribute to the organization's commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services while ensuring a collaborative and respectful work environment.   Union Relations: o   Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with Union 1199 officials, stewards, and members. o   Act as the key liaison between PPGNY and the union, fostering open communication and collaboration.      Collective Bargaining: o   Participate actively in collective bargaining negotiations, representing PPGNY's interests and advocating for the well-being of our employees. o   Collaborate with legal counsel to review and interpret collective bargaining agreements, ensuring alignment with labor laws and industry standards.
