We operate four health centers and offer telehealth statewide as part of a network of 600 Planned Parenthood affiliates nationwide. Position Summary The Health Center Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the PPLM health center in Worcester, MA in partnership with the Health Center Director and clinical leadership. This role ensures smooth clinic operations, strong staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and a high-quality, patient-centered experience. The Health Center Manager works collaboratively with site leadership and staff to plan, implement, and lead quality improvement initiatives using data-driven decision-making. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep commitment to PPLM’s mission and values.
