The Planned Parenthood of Montana (PPMT) Team is seeking a collaborative, solutions-oriented, and dedicated individual who is ready to work as a team to deliver high-quality healthcare, education, and advocacy to the community, so they feel engaged, educated, and empowered to make the best choices regarding their healthcare.   For 50+ years, PPMT’s healthcare centers have offered compassionate and high-quality healthcare, advocacy, and education to all Montanans.  And over that time our healthcare centers have evolved to a hub of empowerment, community engagement, and patient advocacy.    PPMT Clinical Assistants are advocates who implement our mission to “empower all people to make private reproductive health care decisions by providing quality health care, medically accurate education, and advocacy for individual rights.”     JOB SUMMARY The Clinical Assistant is the initial contact with our patients, representing PPMT’s commitment to excellent customer service.     The Clinical Assistant's responsibilities include front desk reception, insurance verification, payment processing, primary lab duties, assisting with procedures as applicable (including abortion), patient education, and administrative tasks that support an efficient, patient-focused clinic environment.      COMPENSATION & BENEFITS HOURS: 40 Hours per week PAY: $19.00 Starting; Rates are based on experience.   BENEFITS: HEALTH  Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Accounts, and Flexible Spending Accounts for Health and Dependent Care all start the 1st of the month following the hire date. PPMT pays 100% of the employee's health insurance premium!   401k: Retirement Plan with up to a 4% employer match of gross pay when the employee contributes.   INCOME PROTECTION: Basic Life & AD&D with salary coverage starts within 90 days of employment that PPMT pays for. Supplemental Life & AD&D offered. Long-Term and Short-Term Disability is 66.66% of earnings and PPMT pays this benefit.
