Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician Location: Metro Atlanta Reports To: VP of Facilities and Security FLSA Status: Non-exempt Salary: $32.96 - $35.71    SUMMARY Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Facilities and Security, this position is responsible for ensuring all agency building maintenance and repair activities are completed efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner, while maintaining a safe and functional environment for employees, patients and visitors. Trade/Vocational school preferred. Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive increasing field experience. Experience coordinating vendors for maintenance/repair services.
