Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Metro Atlanta
Reports To: VP of Facilities and Security
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Salary: $32.96 - $35.71
SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Facilities and Security, this position is responsible for ensuring all agency building maintenance and repair activities are completed efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner, while maintaining a safe and functional environment for employees, patients and visitors. This role will also support Facilities leadership on the maintenance of O&M projects from concept to completion.

15. If using a personal vehicle to drive for work purposes, a valid state driver license and current auto insurance in
compliance with the minimum requirements of the state’s vehicle code are required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High-school diploma or equivalent required.
Trade/Vocational school preferred.
Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive increasing field experience.
Experience coordinating vendors for maintenance/repair services.
