Senior Manager, Global Meeting Planning
Location: This position may be performed remotely, but requires the flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
The Opportunity
Praxis is hiring a highly motivated, detail-obsessed Senior Manager, Congress Operations, to lead our planning for medical and scientific congresses. You will own the congress portfolio end-to-end: setting plans and timelines, managing vendors and budgets, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring a high-quality onsite experience.
You will partner closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Legal / Compliance to bring our science, story, and patient mission to life in a way that is on-brand, compliant, and high impact. You will also lead and develop a Meeting Planner, establishing clear ownership and backup coverage across the portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own the congress portfolio. Lead planning and execution for medical and scientific congresses—including AAN, AES, EEC and MDS—as well as meetings in the US and abroad. Establish clear objectives, plans, owners, timelines, and measures of success.
