$20.00-$23.00/hour

Part-time, hourly

Monday-Thursday: 4:30 pm - 6:45 pm

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Premier Aquatics is currently hiring a year-round Head Coach for our Long Beach swim team! We are looking for a leader who is outgoing, responsible, self-driven, collaborative, and passionate about swimming. Our pre-competitive team ranges from swimmers ages 5 years old to 14 years old with varying levels of desire for competition, but all eager to improve their technical swimming on a fun team. We are looking for a Head Coach ready to tackle training for years to come! 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES 

• Create a fun and inviting environment for students to learn in 
• Develop monthly training plans and daily swim sets 
• Maintain professional and timely communication with all Swim Team families via email and in-person 
• Train and mentor Assistant Swim Team Coaches 
• Document mentoring for Assistant Swim Team Coaches in OneTeam360 
• Drive year-round swim team growth and swimmer retention 
• Schedule and run team tryouts 
• Coordinate time trials every three weeks and communicate results accordingly 
• Coordinate monthly meets with local swim teams
