We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer II - Data to design, build, and maintain the data foundation that powers our clinical products and workflows.

This is a software engineering role at its core. You will play a key role in building and evolving our Medical Data Server, working alongside the existing Medical Data Platform team across its Python services, APIs, database architecture, and production operations. You will also apply industry best practices to design the data models, integrations, and pipelines that make complex clinical information reliable and accessible across Prenuvo products.

You will work with complex healthcare data, including FHIR and HL7, to build reliable data models, integrations, and pipelines. Your work will make clinical information accessible and trustworthy across cli
