We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter (Contractor) to join our Talent Acquisition team and own a diverse portfolio of roles across all functions, including Clinical, Engineering, Product, AI, Operations, Corporate, Commercial, and other specialized areas across multiple countries.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, full-cycle recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can quickly adapt to different talent markets, functions, and stakeholder groups. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, engage top talent, and drive searches from intake through offer.&
