Hours: Monday–Friday, 11am–8pm (no weekends)
About the Role
We’re looking for a field-based Field Sales Team Lead to lead and grow a team of Door-to-Door Sales Representatives across the Connacht region.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an ambitious sales professional with experience managing field sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and developing your team to deliver consistent performance while ensuring every customer interaction reflects Prepay Power's commitment to exceptional service.
