🏢 Job Summary:

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as the primary HR and workforce partner for the company's onsite employees.

This role will work closely with employees, clients, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to support employee performance, engagement, retention, workforce needs, and overall service delivery.

The HRBP will provide both strategic and hands-on HR support for the onsite workforce.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnership & Workforce Management

• Partner with the Philippines Operations Head to align people strategies with business and workforce objectives.
• Manage the employee lifecycle for the onsite workforce, from onboarding through offboarding.
• Support workforce planning, headcount planning, staffing changes, deployment, and employee transitions.
• Monitor workforce trends, identify people-related risks, and recommend solutions.

Employee Relations, Performance & Compliance

• Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, investigations, disciplinary matters, and performance issues.
• Partner with employees, leaders, and clients to address
