Position Summary: The Accounting Manager supports the Controller in building and maintaining a scalable, accurate, and well-controlled accounting function. This position is responsible for establishing and improving accounting processes, procedures, internal controls, reconciliations, and financial reporting practices that support timely and accurate financial results. This role will take ownership of identifying process gaps, developing practical solutions, documenting procedures, implementing controls, and creating accountability across the accounting team. This role is expected to be hands-on and comfortable operating in an environment where processes may need to be created, standardized, or improved.
