Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruiting process. This role is responsible for creating and managing job postings, generating offer letters, tracking background checks, maintaining recruiting data, and supporting candidate lifecycle activities. The Talent Coordinator also assists with early career recruiting initiatives, recruiting projects, and other talent-related programs while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience and supporting the organization's hiring goals.
