The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities for Artificial Intelligence and automation across the organization, analyzing and optimizing business processes, and translating business needs into practical AI solutions. Acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI Agents, intelligent assistants, and automation initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Artificial Intelligence and automation.
- Analyze, document, and optimize existing business processes (As-Is / To-Be).
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
