Do you enjoy helping international companies navigate HR in the Netherlands? At Parakar, we support ambitious businesses as they grow across Europe, combining consultancy with hands-on solutions in HR, payroll, compliance, and employment.

As an International HR Consultant Netherlands, you help clients build and support their Dutch workforce with confidence. You advise on local HR matters, solve complex people challenges, and ensure employees feel supported while clients stay compliant and well-positioned for growth.

Are You Excited to Work in an International and Fast-Moving Environment?
In this role, you are more than an HR contact. You are a trusted advisor and local expert for international clients navigating the Dutch employment landscape. Alongside day-to-day HR support, you also contribute to broader HR Services projects for clients whose needs go beyond Employer of Record solutions.
You will work closely with clients, colleagues in Breda, and HR specialists across Europe. We are looking for someone who enjoys ownership, moves comfortably in a changing environment, and wants to grow with a company that is continuously building for the future.
