This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll build a high-performing team from day one, create a strong store culture, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving strong commercial results.
You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, coach and develop your team, and work closely with your Regional Manager to deliver the strategy, hit performance targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across sales, stock, and standards.

- Drive sales and performance through strong commercial and KPI focus
- Oversee daily operations including stock, merchandising, and compliance
