This is a key leadership role supporting the Store Manager in building a high-performing team from day one, shaping a strong store culture, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving strong commercial results.
You’ll be a visible leader on the shop floor, coaching and supporting the team daily, stepping up to lead in the Store Manager’s absence, and helping ensure smooth operations across sales, stock, service, and standards. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and Regional Manager to deliver the strategy, hit performance targets, and keep the store running at its best.
What you’ll do
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Drive sales and performance through strong commercial awareness and KPI focus
- Take ownership of daily floor leadership and operational excellence
- Oversee stock, merchandising, compliance, and store standards
- Support team development, engagement, and wellbeing through coaching and 1-to-1s
- Use performance data to help improve results and decision-making
- Step up to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence<
