Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Administrator to join our IT Support team. You will be responsible for maintaining IT Infrastructure, including providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems to ensure optimal workplace IT performance.

What will you do?

• Manage and develop work environments, computer systems, and networks.
• Maintain essential IT operations, including maintenance of internal services like security tools, applications, servers, email systems, workplace equipment, SaaS/IaaS services, software and hardware assets management.
• Set up new and manage existing user accounts and access permissions.
• Implement company information security policies. Create documentation related to the company’s IT systems.
• Create a long-term IT development plan. Manage & monitor the IT budget.
• Provide technical support across the company, responding promptly to service issues and requests. Track & update the IT helpdesk with incident resolution and status updates.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of computer systems, current equipment and technologies, such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Atlassian, VMware, Windows and Linux servers, PowerShell and Power automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with internet security and data privacy principles, good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, and VPNs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Fluency in Estonian and English.

• Relevant educational background or is currently pursuing a relevant degree.
