The Role

We're looking for a Demand Generation Team Lead to own Prompt's net new demand end to end, from a practice that has never heard of Prompt through to a qualified demo that sales accepts and opens a deal, plus all the nurture that keeps every stage in between moving. The goal is high quality demos, and you'll always know how demand is performing by source and by segment.

We already have strong content, events, paid, and BDR motions. What we don't have is the person who sits above them and makes their work talk to each other through data and follow up. You'll own the funnel stage by stage and work with Marketing Ops on the HubSpot reporting that shows how every source contributes at each one.

Then you'll use it: to pick the highest leverage campaigns and tactics, to work with the BDRs on which accounts to hit, to tell leadership where the next 400 qualified demos are coming from, and to turn what works into repea
