We're headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area, with teams and offices across North America, Europe, and Australia. This role will be hybrid to our Etobicoke, ON headquarters.

The Sr. Customer Account Manager (Sr. CAM) owns expansion revenue within a defined territory of existing Prophix customers. Your mandate is to grow the Prophix One™ footprint: new modules, more users, cloud migrations, and deeper executive relationships. You’ll carry a quota, work with mid-market and enterprise finance teams, and have access to CSM, Solution Engineering, and Professional Services support on every major opportunity.

This is a hunter-farmer hybrid, not a renewals role. If you have a track record of closing expansion deals (adding modules, growing ARR, turning a $150K account into a $400K account) we want to talk.
