IT Project Manager

ProSync is hiring a Technical IT Project Manager to support a U.S. federal agency. You will run several IT projects at once, working with developers, data teams, subject matter experts, and agency stakeholders to deliver them on schedule and on budget.

The work centers on enterprise reporting and data, so SAP BusinessObjects and WebI experience matters here, along with a working understanding of databases and data integration. Day to day, the job is Agile delivery: requirements, schedules, risk, dependencies, testing, and releases, tracked in Jira. You will be expected to take a project from concept through implementation without close supervision.

The position is fully remote within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects at the same time and deliver them on schedule and within budget.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methods to plan, execute, and track project progress.
• Coordinate across teams to manage requirements, schedules, risks, dependencies, testing, and releases.
• Use SAP BusinessObjects and WebI for reporting and data analysis.
• Oversee database management, data integration, and enterprise reporting activities.
• Communicate clearly with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Drive projects independently from concept through implementation.
