Software Engineer I/II

ProSync is seeking a Software Engineer with strong satellite protocol processing experience and excellent critical‑thinking skills to support a mission‑focused development team. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in modern programming languages—preferably C++, though Go, Rust, or Python are also acceptable, and has a proven ability to work on complex, high‑impact systems. This role supports the team’s satellite protocol processing mission, requiring engineers who can analyze, design, and implement software solutions for specialized data flows and operational environments.

Responsibilities:

• Satellite Protocol Processing — Develop, maintain, and optimize software components that process satellite‑based data and mission protocols.
• C++ / Modern Language Development — Design and implement software using C++ or other modern languages such as Go, Rust, or Python.
• Mission‑Focused Engineering — Support mission requirements by developing reliable, efficient, and scalable software for operational environments.
• Critical Thinking & Problem Solving — Apply strong analytical skills to diagnose complex issues, evaluate technical approaches, and improve system performance.
• System Integration — Integrate software components with existing mission systems, data pipelines, and proces
