About PSI
Physical Superintelligence (PSI) is an AI-native physics laboratory staffed by virtual physicists. We build higher-fidelity world models, engineer physical systems beyond human design, and work toward discovering new physical laws of our universe.
PSI launched in September 2026 with a $58 million seed round led by Breakthrough Energy Ventures. Our team of more than 25 physicists, AI researchers and engineers comes from Harvard, MIT, Princeton, the Institute for Advanced Study, the Perimeter Institute, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Google DeepMind, NVIDIA, Meta and Citadel. PSI is a Delaware public benefit corporation. Our mission is to discover and commercialize transformative physics breakthroughs at scale with artificial superintelligence, safely, verifiably, and for broad public benefit.
