We are looking for an Associate Director, Agency Sales to help expand PubMatic’s presence across designated holding companies and key independent agency partners in the UK.
This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building strong agency relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
You will work across two areas: direct private marketplace deals and PubMatic Activate, our managed services offering. You will help agencies explore flexible approaches to programmatic execution and introduce partnership models that meet their business needs.
Success in this role requires strong commercial awareness, persistence, and the ability to manage long and complex sales cycles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering and leadership, to support multi-stakeholder deals and deliver strong client outcomes.
