Job Overview
Pulse is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 Pharmacist to join the pharmacy team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled clinical pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care within a busy hospital environment, supporting the pharmacy service during a period of maternity leave cover.
The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise medicines management, support safe prescribing practices, and contribute to the delivery of patient-centred care across a range of clinical specialties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services to designated wards and departments.
- Review prescriptions and deliver expert advice on medicines optimisation.
