YOUR MISSION

Are you analytical, structured, and passionate about creating efficient product flows? Do you enjoy working with data, planning, and cross functional collaboration in an international environment? 

We are looking for a Supply Planner to join our team on a fixed term basis, covering a parental leave from 1 December 2026 until 31 August 2027. 

In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring the right products are available at the right time for our Wholesale business across the Nordic markets.

As Supply Planner Nordic, you will be responsible for planning and managing the supply flow to support customer demand and optimize stock availability. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that purchase orders are accurate, released at the right time, and aligned with demand. 

The role combines operational supply planning with analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement. You will report directly to the Teamhead Planning & Purchasing 

 

Responsibilities 

You will: 

• Manage the supply planning process according to established internal and external rules and processes 

 Identify peak volume periods and proactively coordinate with stakeholders to ensure an optimal stock flow for Wholesale 

• Ensure purchase orders are accurate and released at the right time to support customer demand and order fulfillment 

 Monitor and maintain relevant systems and data to ensure high data quality and accuracy 

• Manage purchase order holds and adjustments in line with demand and supply requirements 

• Track purchase orders and fulfillment, identify potential issues and provide analysis and recommended actions 

• Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to ensure clear, transparent and timely information flow 

• Analyze supply and demand data to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement 

• Build, create and maintain tools that support efficient planning routines and ways of working 

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Merchandising, Logistics and other relevant stakeholders to ensure an efficient end to end supply flow 

YOUR TALENT

You are a structured, analytical, and proactive person who enjoys taking ownership and turning data into action. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change, and you know how to balance attention to detail with the bigger business picture. 

You have: 

 Degree within purchasing, supply chain or similar. Experience in supply planning, demand planning, purchasing, inventory management, or a similar field for at least 2 years.  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Experience working with ERP systems and maintaining data accuracy 

• Strong Excel skills and an interest in data analysis and reporting 

• Fluent in English. Knowledge of Swedish or another Nordic language is an advantage
