THE ROLE
As Manager, Quantum Security, you will build, scale, and lead a high-performing engineering team dedicated to preparing Everpure’s™ flagship FlashArray and FlashBlade storage products for the post-quantum era. Operating at the intersection of software engineering, product security, and technical program execution, you will establish the team's operational model and lead a risk-based roadmap to remediate non-quantum-safe cryptographic usage across core platform layers. You will act independently to determine methods, procedures, and cross-functional alignment across EMEA, U.S. and APJ engineering hubs while safeguarding your team's focus time.
