THE ROLE
You will serve as the strategic lead responsible for standing up and scaling Reverse Logistics and Refurbish Operations, leveraging Agile PLM and Configure-To-Order (CTO) capabilities to drive operational excellence. You'll act as a strategic consultant, partnering with Product Management, Manufacturing Operations, and Supply Chain to translate business needs into scalable, end-to-end refurbished product solutions.
