This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will design, build, and deploy AI-augmented analytics products that drive workforce effectiveness and organizational performance. You bring deep HR domain fluency, a flair for compelling data storytelling, and proven experience turning complex workforce data into strategies that senior leaders actually act on. You will be a key partner to HRIS, IT, and global business leaders — sitting at the intersection of data engineering, business insight, and AI-powered tooling.
