THE ROLE
Are you ready to shape the future of financial reporting at a fast-paced, innovative technology leader? As Senior Manager, External Reporting, you will drive Everpure’s public financial reporting integrity and compliance across U.S. GAAP and SEC standards. Partnering cross-functionally across Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and external audit, you will champion reporting excellence, elevate technical accounting analysis, and modernise processes with AI and automation tools.
- Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statement support, XBRL tagging, and other required disclosures
- Oversee the tie-out of financial statements, footnotes, and Management’s Discussion & Anal
