ABOUT THIS ROLE…
The Renewal Operations Specialist is a key individual contributor on the Renewal team that consistently delivers market leading retention rates and more. The Renewal team is a culmination of individuals who are passionate about customer loyalty committed to bringing the right people together with the intention of securing and growing our revenue.
This role will be focused on ensuring the new deals that build from the installed base are being quoted accurately with the intent to align expiration dates and streamline the renewal process; inclusive of what was originally purchased to align with Finance expectations. This individual will assist the Renewal team review, revise, report, and upgrade opportunities that impact the installed base
