People Generalist

As a People Generalist at PVcase, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of a broader range of People services and processes across the employee lifecycle. You will provide comprehensive guidance on People Operations related matters and contribute significantly to a positive and engaging work environment. You will proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of solutions. 

This role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented individual with a strong understanding of People principles and the ability to manage projects and drive initiatives forward.
This role is vital for our global company, requiring experience in managing People Operations across several jurisdictions and supporting teams across multiple international locations, including a strong focus on the Lithuanian, German and Dutch markets.
