Join our team as an HSQE Manager / Técnico Superior de Segurança no Trabalho and support Q Energy’s growing construction and operational activities in Portugal, including PV plants, wind farms, battery storage, and other renewable energy projects.
The role within the QHSE Iberia team provides HSQE support both on‑site and at the Porto or Lisbon office, covering compliance with legal and corporate requirements, risk management, internal audits and site inspections, internal trainings, and the implementation of QHSE management system standards.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead HQSE activities across the construction and delivery of PV projects in Portugal, ensuring compliance with Group standards and local regulations
- Act as the onsite HQSE expert
