We are looking for a motivated and experienced Investment Manager (all genders) to join our Berlin based team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You are guiding projects (Onshore Wind, BESS, Solar) through the investment cycle whilst maintain a position at the forefront of transactions on the buy- and sell-side from inception until closing.
• You are utilizing your existing and further growing network to renewable energy developers in the German market and originate a constant deal flow.
• You perform best-in-class investment valuations with established valuation methods (e.g. DCF, multiples, etc.) and make sure that you are always on top of the numbers with audit-proof quality ready for investment approval.
• You assist in negotiations of relevant transaction contracts (NBO, SPA, PDA, EPC, TMA, Facility Agreements, PPA, etc.) in close collaboration with other internal teams and suite of top tier a
