It is one of the biggest shifts in airline technology in decades, and we are building the platforms, teams and partnerships to lead it.
The Head of Technology, Modern Airline Retailing is responsible for developing and maintaining the approved technology strategy for Qantas’ commercial and retailing platforms, spanning airline commercial systems, loyalty systems, revenue management, inventory, passenger service systems, payments, passenger revenue accounting and data and reporting, to meet the current and future needs of the Qantas Group and ensure alignment across the core technology function.
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the role is a senior leadership position and will be instrumental in supporting critical organisational and technology transform
