About Qargo

Qargo is a cloud-based (SaaS) Transport Management Platform. We are a scale-up based in London, Ghent (Belgium) and Chicago, rapidly expanding across Europe and the US. The platform is an ‘all-in-one system’, handling everything from initial order entry to final invoicing. It optimises planning and has a built-in AI feature that automates lengthy manual tasks. Qargo is designed to help modern logistics operations run more efficiently, while increasing profitability and sustainability.

We’re looking for an Integration Analyst to join our team in Ghent. If you’re looking to work in an international company in a role that offers autonomy, ownership and impact, this is the role for you!

About the Role

As an Integration Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of connecting Qargo with third-party systems. You will analyse, define, and manage integrations that allow seamless data exchange between Qargo and external solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and customers, ensuring that integrations are efficient, scalable, and meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with third parties to understand their solution, data model, API, and integration capabilities.

  • Map out required integration components, defining scope and constraints for new projects.

  • Define data mappings between Qargo and external systems, aligning formats, structures, and semantics.

  • Support customers during validation and go-live, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality service.

  • Provide documentation so that integrations can be reused and configured efficiently by customer success teams.

  • Lead lifecycle management by analysing change requests and driving continuous improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a functional/technical analysis role.

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate software systems effectively.

  • Comfortable reading API documentation and working with data formats (JSON, XML, …).

  • Proficient in English (French is a plus).

  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
