Responsibilities
- Design and develop a scalable, web-based dashboard integrating data across multiple IT and security domains
- Collaborate with tower leads to define, standardize, and onboard KPIs and KRIs
- Build data ingestion pipelines and API integrations from systems such as:
- Monitoring and observability tools
- ITSM / service desk platforms
- Security systems (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability management tools)
- IAM and audit tracking systems
