Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness to play a key role in ensuring that our venues and facilities are fully prepared for launch and ongoing operations. You will work closely with various departments to assess operational readiness, identify potential risks, and implement strategies that promote smooth and efficient operations.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of one of the largest entertainment and sports destinations in Saudi Arabia by supporting operational excellence from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Operational Readiness for the Transport Hub from planning through testing, handover and opening.
• Maintain the readiness plan, schedule, trackers, dashboard and supporting evidence.
• Coordinate inputs across the six OR clusters and follow up with accountable stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, actions, risks and dependencies, escalating issues to the Portfolio Lead.
• Prepare concise readiness updates for governance and decision-making.
• Update the Transport Hub readiness schedule, action tracker, risk log and dashboard.
• Coordinate readiness inputs across project delivery, mobility, security, facilities management, technology and customer experience.
• Review handover, commissioning and contractor mobilization plans to identify readiness gaps.
