The success of the company also relies on close collaboration between the Sales team, Legal department, and other internal functions to ensure seamless operations and compliance with applicable regulations.
Therefore, our client is looking for a passionate and proactive Legal Executive to join their team, take ownership of legal matters, and contribute to the company's long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review documents, contracts, appendices, NDAs, and other legal documents as requested by management.
- Review and complete the full set of templates for sales transactions, including NDAs, contracts, quotations, and other relevant internal documents.
- Draft and review HR-related documents, including announcements, decisions, official letters, meeting minutes, labor contracts, and other documents based on actual business needs.
- Develop, review, and revise HR policies and regulations in compliance with applicable laws.
