Project Manager

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects ensuring quality, timeline, cost, and customersatisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, BA, etc.) for effective projecTimplementation.
• Communicate, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with key account clients.
• Participate in project planning, scope control, and risk assessment.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to Junior/Fresher PMs.
• Regularly report project status to upper management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, managing Fixed-Price(Project-Based) projects.
• Proven skills in communication and stakeholder management, especially with international or enterprise clients.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Logical mindset, accountability, proactivity, and strong commitment to outcomes.
• Proficient in English, especially in client communication and readingdocumentation

- Nice to have:

• Technical background (e.g., Developer, QA, BA) or strong understanding ofsoftware products.
• Experience with Dedicated or ODSC project models.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, etc.)
