This Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Development & Enablement Partner to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Quadbridge's sales development and enablement engine. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on building and facilitating the training, onboarding, curriculum, and tools that drive consistent execution across the go-to-market organization.

Everything this role builds must be AI-first, scalable, and standardized so training quality, messaging, and methodology remain consistent regardless of facilitator.
