Role Overview
Reporting to the SVP, Technology, Services & Innovation, the Systems Administrator will provide internal IT support across end-user computing, Microsoft 365, identity, applications, endpoints, and technology infrastructure. This role will handle internal IT tickets, support business users, maintain core systems, and contribute to internal IT improvement and automation projects.
This is an intermediate-level role suited for someone with strong hands-on IT support experience, a solid Microsoft 365 foundation, and the ability to troubleshoot both end-user and server-side issues.&
