Linux Administrator (Infrastructure)

About the Team We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. About the role We’re looking for a Linux Administrator to join our Infrastructure team, responsible for building, operating and continuously improving a private cloud infrastructure based on OpenStack and Kubernetes. Our infrastructure supports the stable operation of a large-scale trading platform and includes 2,000+ virtual machines and 500+ physical servers, as well as a wide range of Linux systems and infrastructure services such as DNS, GitLab, Artifactory, Prometheus, Loki and Vault. You’ll work in a team of experienced infrastructure engineers, using Scrum and Agile practices, with two-week sprints and a strong focus on automation, reliability and continuous improvement. The position is hybrid, with 3 days per week from our office in Limassol or Larnaca, with a flexible start time — anytime before 12:00 pm EET/EEST. Why this role? You’ll be part of the team responsible for the production environment behind products used by millions of users, working directly with development teams, helping them troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and keep their services running reliably in production. It’s a good fit for an engineer who enjoys troubleshooting, automation and making infrastructure more reliable and scalable, rather than simply maintaining servers.
