Linux Administrator (Ops)

About the Team We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. About the role We’re looking for a Linux Administrator to join our Ops team — a team working at the intersection of infrastructure and software development, supporting applications built with PHP and Go. The Ops team is responsible for keeping the infrastructure and services behind our products stable, secure and reliable in production. The team works across virtual machines, databases, CI/CD, monitoring, automation and internal platform services such as Thanos, Prometheus, Grafana, Ceph and profiling systems. Our infrastructure includes 2,000+ virtual machines and 500+ physical servers, supported by a strong team of experienced engineers. We work with Scrum, Agile and a data-driven approach, with two-week sprints and a strong focus on continuous improvement. The position is full-time remote, with a flexible start time — anytime before 12:00 pm EET/EEST. Why this role?
