QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

About the Team We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. We're scaling up and seeking a Full Stack QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) to join our Compliance Development Team, which is responsible for developing and maintaining services related to KYC/AML, antifraud, and regulatory compliance. Our services support AML/KYC and antifraud processes end to end, covering regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions (Europe, Australia, and more). The team follows the Scrum framework with 2-week sprints, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and grooming sessions. You'll ensure the quality of high-load, mission-critical compliance services within a microservices architecture. We actively use AI tools (Claude Code) to automate routine work, so you can focus on complex engineering tasks.
