Junior Trainer - AI Content Specialist with English and French

Job Description

We are looking for someone who will support the delivery of training and the creation of learning content. The main responsibilities will be:

Training Delivery & Facilitation 

• Deliver training sessions on defined topics under supervision and gradually take ownership of
simple topics.
• Support structured learning delivery by following established formats and guidelines.
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing and Quadient University discussions. 

Content Development

• Create and update simple training materials under guidance using standard content development
approaches.
• Contribute to learning assets such as simple videos and articles using defined tools and templates.
• Using advanced AI techniques to accelerate production of product knowledge content.

Product Knowledge

• Build basic knowledge of assigned product line (CXM, IDA, AP, AR, ...) and advanced knowledge
of assigned project.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with more senior trainers and follow established training processes and standards.
• Collect participant feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of training activities.
• Identify possible improvements & automation of processes using AI.

Digital & Technical Skills 

• Use learning platforms and digital tools to support training activities.
• Develop basic technical understanding to support training context and delivery.
• Use available LLM deployments to accelerate content production, coverage, and quality.

Qualifications

• Secondary or university education in a relevant field (e.g. education, information technology, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in English and French 
• Demonstrates foundational knowledge or early exposure to training, learning, or a related domain equivalent to 0–2 years of experience.
• Shows ability to apply knowledge in a structured environment under guidance and follow established processes.
• Demonstrates communication and presentation capability in English (minimum B2 level).
• Displays willingness to learn and develop skills in training delivery, content development, and facilitation.
