Job Description

Company Description

At Quadient, we support businesses of all sizes in their digital transformation and growth journey, unlocking operational efficiency with reliable, secure, and sustainable automation processes. Our success in delivering innovation and business growth is inspired by the connections our diverse teams create every day, with our clients and each other. It’s these connections that make Quadient such an exceptional place to grow your career, develop your skills and make a real impact – help our future-focused business lead the way in powering secure and sustainable business connections through digital and physical channels.

Job Description

We’re looking for a PMO Manager - EMEA to support our Professional Services organisation across the region. You’ll be the connection point between our regional teams and central functions, helping us create greater consistency in how we measure performance, use our tools, share knowledge and continuously improve the way we work.

This isn’t a traditional PMO role focused only on project governance. It’s a broad, international position combining data and reporting, process improvement, regional coordination, business applications and project management – with plenty of opportunity to influence how our Professional Services organisation evolves.

  • Partner with regional Professional Services teams to define, align and monitor KPIs, making sure data is collected consistently, interpreted correctly and turned into meaningful insights.
  • Act as a bridge between regional teams, RevOps and our central PSO organisation, gathering requirements and translating regional needs into practical improvements.
  • Coordinate regional initiatives around reporting, processes and business applications, helping teams adopt common ways of working while recognising regional differences.
  • Use data to identify trends, challenges and opportunities, and communicate insights clearly to regional and senior stakeholders.
  • Help drive the selection, rollout and adoption of tools used across Professional Services, coordinating requirements across teams with different existing systems and processes.
  • Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, helping teams capture and reuse what works across regions.
  • When your project management experience allows, step into selected customer projects that need additional support – assessing the situation, helping establish a recovery plan and getting the project back on track before transitioning it back to the regional team.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a PMO, Professional Services, project environment or a similar regional coordination role.
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with KPIs, reporting and business data – you don’t need to be a programmer, but you should be comfortable interpreting data and drawing useful conclusions from it.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills, with the confidence to work across different teams, regions and levels of seniority.
  • Ability to gather and prioritise requirements and turn them into practical actions and improvements.
  • Comfortable working independently in an international environment where not everything is already standardised or centrally controlled.
  • Project management or project delivery experience is an advantage, particularly if you have experience helping projects through challenging situations.
  • Experience with Professional Services applications, reporting/BI tools or methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, Scrum or Kanban would be valuable but isn't essential.
  • Advanced professional English, with the ability to communicate clearly across regional teams and prepare reporting suitable for senior stakeholders.

Above all, you’ll bring curiosity, diplomacy and a continuous-improvement mindset. Our regions have different tools, processes and ways of working, so success in this role is less about imposing one answer and more about connecting the right people, asking the right questions and helping teams find better ways to work together.

Knowledge gaps can be filled. Even if you don’t satisfy every single requirement or meet every qualification listed, we still want to hear from you.
